The series contains two bound letterbooks of the Railroad Commission of Florida from 1898 to 1900 containing outgoing correspondence from the Chairman and Secretary of the Commission. It documents the activities of the Commission pertaining to the regulation of railroad rates and services and the handling of claims and complaints. There is an alphabetical name index in the front of each volume.
